If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.
